On March 23, 2023, Min Xin Insurance and Haixia Goldenbridge Insurance signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hong Kong, with Chen Yu, Chairman of Minxin Insurance, and Shi Peide, Chairman of Haixia Goldenbridge Insurance, signing on behalf of both parties. Zheng Qinghua, Director of Fujian Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd., Huang Wensheng, Vice Chairman of Min Xin Holdings, and Wu Xubin, Chief Executive of Min Xin Insurance and others also attended the signing ceremony.

Both parties will fully explore and utilize their advantages in channels, products and shareholders' resources in Fujian, Hong Kong and Macau to cooperate in bancassurance business, accidental and health insurance and serving Fujian in its promoting of digital economy, marine economy, green economy, and cultural and tourism economy.
